PGO Solutions was founded on a simple observation: the hardest part of delivering a project on time is putting the right people on it, and general recruiters do not know what “the right people” looks like in this industry. Our founders bring more than 35 years of hands-on construction experience, beginning in natural gas pipeline work.
Our founders spent their careers in the field and in the schedule — running crews, building Primavera P6 schedules, and answering for milestones. That background is how we screen. We know what separates a scheduler who can defend a baseline from one who can only update it, and what a chief inspector actually needs to have done before.
Today we staff project controls, construction management, inspection, and safety roles across natural gas pipelines, data centers, nuclear, transmission and distribution, critical infrastructure, and general construction — the projects where a missing seat shows up in the schedule.
